Project objectives
The ambition is clear:
- Reduce waiting times at entrances,
- Streamline traffic across logistics sites,
- Improve operational safety.
The project began in July with the creation of working groups bringing together operational and technical teams.
It will go live in mid-January at the Montbeugny site, prior to a gradual rollout in Fossé.
